2. Quotations & Orders

All quotations provided by Tru‑Plas are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a quotation and confirmation of an order must be made in writing or via email. Orders become binding once we have received your written acceptance and any agreed deposit.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required upon order confirmation. The balance must be paid as per the agreed schedule — typically upon completion or staged according to project milestones. Payment can be made by card, bank transfer, or another agreed method. Late payments may incur interest charges at the statutory rate.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of acceptance unless manufacturing has commenced or materials have been specially ordered. Any cancellation after this period may result in a charge to cover costs incurred. Custom-made or bespoke items are non-refundable once production has started.

5. Delivery & Installation

We aim to deliver and install products within the estimated timeframe discussed at the time of order. However, any dates provided are approximate and may be subject to change due to external factors. We will notify you of any delays and work with you to reschedule.

6. Access & Site Requirements

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the installation site. If additional work is required due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. hidden structural issues), we will provide a revised quotation for your approval before proceeding.

7. Product Guarantee

All our products come with a manufacturer-backed guarantee, typically 10 years. Full warranty details will be provided at the time of purchase. Guarantees may be void if the product is damaged through misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorised alteration.

8. Liability

Tru‑Plas shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expense arising from delays, product defects, or installation issues beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of the order.

9. Complaints

We take all complaints seriously. Please refer to our Complaints Policy for details on how to submit a complaint and how it will be handled.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we recommend using the services of Dispute Assist (our appointed alternative dispute resolution provider). Full details are available in our Dispute Resolution Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All images, content, and branding on our website or marketing materials remain the intellectual property of Tru‑Plas Limited and may not be used without written permission.
